Say hello to Donny Avila, our Project Manager in Field Services. He strives to exceed customer expectations on every job, bringing over 30 years of industry experience, starting in the United States Marine Corps. He specializes in fiber optics, infrastructure cabling, and VoIP. Outside of work, you’ll usually find him with family, at the gym, or out hiking; staying active is a way of life for him, and he loves to travel whenever he gets the chance.
Introducing Amy Miranda, our Service Coordinator. She loves onboarding new customers and making their first experience a great one. This coming January will mark two years in the telecommunications industry for her. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her traveling, spending time with family, or tending to her nine chickens.
Meet Seef Wolmarans, our Sales Manager. He brings a genuine passion for the art of the deal, with 20 years of experience in sales. He’s built a career on understanding what clients need before they know it themselves. Outside of work, you’ll usually find him following rugby, whether that means watching a match or talking tactics with anyone who’ll listen.

Bludog Telecom was founded with a simple mission: to provide businesses with honest advice, exceptional service, and reliable communication solutions. Within the first 90 days of opening its doors, Bludog began offering cloud-based VoIP phone systems, recognizing early that cloud communications represented the future of business telephony.
That same year, Bludog acquired the customer base of Elite Communications, a long-established legacy phone system provider. During its first year in business, Bludog began transitioning many of those customers from traditional on-premises phone systems to modern cloud communications while also welcoming new businesses that chose cloud VoIP from the very beginning.
As Bludog grew, so did its reputation throughout Ventura County.
